ok i just got photoshop back and i make a quick sig i go to save it wut do i see, 6 options... PSD, PNG, CID, RAW, PDF but no JPG or none of the normal stuf... how can i fix this?
In the save dialog, there should be an option to select what format you want. It's set by default to Photoshop's formats. You should be able to choose what format set to use. I haven't used Photoshop in a long time, though, so it might be different since I've used it.
Can you select "all filetypes" or whatever? If so, you can save it to JPG by entering the filename as whatever.jpg. If you can't select all filetypes, then I don't know an easy way out of it. However, I CAN tell you one way, but it'd be a hassle. Downoad The GIMP (www.gimp.org), and install it. In Photoshop, save the file as a PSD and open that PSD in The GIMP, from where you'll be able to save as a JPG easily.
hmm can save as jpg in mine both from the menu File-Save As and the menu File-Save for web .... tried both metods? cause sounds weird if you cant save as jpg at all in PS
