This whole deal needs paraphrasing.

So far I have gathered that Joker got 70 PSDs from a real life 'friend' for $10 who is not a member at these forums, and then sold them to MeFiStoz, for FR. He has no proof that he purchased them from a friend in real life however, leaving him liable for redistributing ripped PSDs. You (Dizastr) bought your signature from a respectable member legitimately, which you can prove (if you wouldn't mind re-linking to the post/topic where you bought it please, if you haven't already). MeFiStoz acquired them from .Joker. whom has supposedly acquired them from a real life friend, which he has no proof was bought for in real life, or that his friend bought them.

This all sound accurate to .Joker. and Dizastr? If this is the case, .Joker. post your defense as to how you acquired 70 full rights PSDs in real life from your friend, and where he got them from. Failure to prove yourself innocent will result in a ban. As for who owns the signature full rights, that is to be decided. MeFiStoz, how much did you pay for all of those signatures for FR? Also, do you have a topic you can link me to regarding your purchase of them for proof?

 

sounds pretty accurate to me, i've posted the link to one of the tags that was sold for full rights to Mefistoz, i'll try to find the link to the topic where I bought the mcfarlane one from.

After asking Logicaly to check through the logs, there was no credit transaction between Mefiztos and Joker.

Joker, as said, you can speak once more in your defense. Mef, if Joker is found guilty, I am sorry, but your auction/offers/etc. will need to be closed down with all of these signatures and we cannot refund you the credits (as Joker is at 0 credits and we are trying not to create more).

Everyone please wait for Joker and do not post anything unnecessary in the topic, thank you.
