I'm from New York, but I am currently in Cardiff, Wales visiting friends. I love it here, but the problem is the fact that my brain still thinks it's five hours behind, and my body is following suit.

I've been knackered since Tuesday, sleeping in the middle of the day, waking up at odd hours in the middle of the night, and it's seriously doing my head in.

I was just wondering if there is anyone here who travels frequently, and if they have any tips on how to keep me from falling asleep at 5AM and waking up at 5PM?

    Thanks.
