good overall. try blending jaz-y and the c4d stuff into the backgroud a little bit better. right now it looks kind of like you just dropped the 2 pieces (foreground and background) right on top of each other without trying to put them together. overall though, great job!
Looks nice but the C4D on the right does not blend well at all and the render with the background needs more blending. Text is pretty nice.
