Yes it is. Simply let the word out that many of the local prostitutes have AIDS (if they don't already have it), let it be known, and watch their business drop significantly. Hell, tell people there's a gonorrhea outbreak from some of the whores, it doesn't matter. Man has an internal fear of rotting away, half wasted, watching his own dick fall off.
Prostitution has been going on for years, thats why its being called "The Oldest Profession". This might not be practical, but if there was some kind of clinic, where you could legally pay for sex, then that would solve many problems. It would be run by trusted officials, the women would have regular checks for any STD and all 'customers' would be logged.
Yeah, heard it on the news this morning. Pretty ----ed up, and the police doesn't seem to do nothing about it, because when 2 people were reported murdered they did nothing but drinking coffe and saying "Okey, what now?"

I certainly think that it would. After a few weeks, the clinics would be filled to the brim with people wondering if they've got HIV/AIDS or not. Trust me, the prostitution in the area would drop. The prostitutes would be out of work because nobody wants to pay to get AIDS. Hell, people stopped eating at Taco Bell over here because there was a rumor that some of their food contained e-coli (was proven false, but people still don't eat there). Same principle, and it doesn't even have to be true. I'm telling you, man has an internal fear of watching his own dick rot off.
Lmao. If the police did their jobs they woudn't be prostitutes? BS. There will always be prostitutes, and thats better then shoving THOUSANDS of women in jail for "Breaking the Law".
