You're going to have one hell of a time quitting cold turkey. It usually has a <10% success rate.
You should go talk to your doctor/pharmacist about nicotine replacment or Champix/Zyban.
Those + behavioural / social counselling bring up sucess rates to ~40-50%.

Grats on being retarded enough to start btw

I wasn't really mature enough to understand the downs of smoking which is why I started it unknowingly. But thanks for the advice though I still believe that if you a strong will, you can do anything and quitting smoking isn't really a big deal as you're doing good to your health and not something that would ------ you up.

Hey, say what you want about how hard it is to quit, I'm struggling just trying to get addicted. I mean, I'm about at the pub or in town, having some drinks with a mate, I buy a pack of cigarettes and smoke the whole thing in one night (I don't do this very often) and the next day I don't even feel like a smoke.

Nicotine is as addictive as coke or opiates. If you're insistant in not taking anything, you need to involve your friends/family/doctor etc. as you're going to need all the support you can get.

Ibuprophen (Advil / Motrin) or Acetaminophen/Paracetamol (Tylenol) will help with the headaches. The nausea can be dealt with eating smaller meals more frequently. Mood changes / anxiety / trouble sleeping / fatigue are all going to be hard to get through. The worst of it should be over within 2 weeks. Although it'll take at least 8-12 weeks before you truely get over all the withdrawl symptoms.

Good choice, I quit for like 3 months but took it back up.

It's 10x harder quitting when everyone around you is smoking. =(

btw, ------ smoking 50 a day, I think my mouth would taste like pure-ash..no chick likes that lol, and makes you feel like aids the next day.
