I've Lost 424 Credits!

A couple weeks ago I purchased one of the random money items. At the time I had roughly 600 credits. The cost was 212 (not 100% sure, but that is what it is now, and I could only be about 5 credits off my guess). I used the item, but after getting one of those "click yes before displaying the page" menus on my browser, and not being told how many credits I won/loss, I found that I lost every single credit! I was sure that it was a glitch, but an admin wouldn't respond to my PM about it.

Fast fowarding a few weeks to about 5 mins ago, I decided that I must of been very unlucky and recieved the lowest amount you can get. So I decided to buy anothe one, but to my surprise it happend again.

Can someone refund me my credits (the new admin hasn't responded btw)? When will this be fixed?

 

Seems like the php has mucked or the admins but that there. I'm not 100% sure though.

no, it took the same amount i paid for. but i believe it wasn't supposed to happen. the browser message i got was the first thing, then i never got the message saying how many a won/loss, and then i checked my credits and i lost 212 (what i payed for them). this happened twice. with the message, and not seeing my win/loss in the mix, plus getting 0 credits 2 times in a row, i know it is a glitch.

 

You could have purches it twice? Your ISP might have been tripping and it sent the same message twice? Similar to double posting.

It says "Get a random amount of money between 0 and 400" that doesn't mean, "You could lose 400 to gain 400.." So I am confused as to how you could have lost your credits?

I lost my credits due to some sort of glitch, lag out, timeout, or whatever you want to call it. From what I know, I'm guessing the server knows that I used my item, but lagged out before it gave me my money. It may of happened that way, or it may of happend differently. All I know is that I lost 212 credits both times and I was never told how much I lost until I checked up on myself. Normally it will tell you how many you won. On top of that, I also got the interenet explorer "script error" prior to both items being used. I know this is not just chance.
