Right i had this problem. So this what i did. Went into My computer>Click on your Hard drive > Programs Files> Then delete the quicktime files (if quick time is not updated to the new one) and delete the files. Then go onto www.quicktime.com and download the new quicktime 7 with itunes and install it and bing bada boom it should work
i delted all the Quicktime folders, went to the site but then it said Error, Make sure Quicktime is installed. Then another thing came up talking about a missing plug-in and then Firefox closed down.
