    I'm kinda glad it's illegal now. I don't think it's a good idea to be able to gamble on your comp...

    Does this mean that they're going to phase out the 'money' aspect of the poker sites, leaving the play money tables alone, or are they doing away with all online poker gaming in general?

    They will outlaw the affiliation of banks with gambling sites, meaning just open a foreign bank account, put money in there and it's all good :)

    Hmm, well, it wouldnt really affect me personally as I'm not much of a gambler, but if those annoying popups are no more, I sure as hell will be happy :P

    Everyone's saying that it's bad for Shaggy but it's not...

    He runs a poker FORUM, about poker and the like. That's not illegal.

    Why would a site get a exception :eek:

    if your us citizen im guessing that it would be illegal to gamble online no matter the site?
