For us, young people. The millions upon millions of people who loved him for the way he played that character. Now hush up, kid. RIP Issac.
Whatever grandad. You obviously didn't know him very well considering you spelt his name wrong twice. RIP, even if he was a bit of a tool towards the end.
He was a Grammy/Oscar award winner before your parents even thought of having you or me (my parents too that is). As for me being a "kid", if I was a kid, I wouldn't have known the legacy that was Isaac Hayes. If you want to talk about spelling and punctuation, there should be a comma after "Whatever". Also, it is Grandfather, not grandad. As for me being a "Grandfather" because I just schooled you, thanks for the compliment. -
Wrong on multiple accounts. Namely, Grandfather can be either Grandfather and Granddad. It's not specific, it's personal preference and highly dependant on where you were brought up, both are acceptable. Secondly, just because he has had achievements in the past (Before Chef) does not in any way belittle the happiness etc. etc. that he brought to people under his new role which the majority of people will now recognise him for. Get off your damn high horse. Don't want to drag this out, it's not respectful. Kindly shush.
Hypocritical. Granddad, not grandad. No one said anything about belittling anything. You blew something out of proportion instead of keeping quiet. -
soul men. search for it, as you can see Bernie mac died right after Issac Hayes, like in order of the movie: Bernie mac, Issac hayes then Samuel L. Jackson. Weird, see the cover.
Don't bother arguing with Acrima. He is too stubborn to back down, too hypocritical to notice hes doing what hes flaming and belittling everyone for, and too ignorant to know there are multiple ways to spell specific words that both have the same meaning. Dictionary.com for a reference if you still don't believe grandad can be spelt granddad or grandad (and grandad is the more common spelling btw). R.I.P - Isaac Hayes Also, just so you know Acrima, he was making songs back in the mid 60s, more than likely before your mother and father even were married (if they are) and even remotely considering having you (his first lyrics being 1965 or 43, nearly 44 years ago). I lol @ how you call everyone here young kids when your at most a few years older than the average active poster here too, and by your posts I would never have guessed your age as being anything close to what you claim it to be.
