Is This Prem?

Hey i couldent decide if this was prem so i put it in renders. ^_^ Tell me if its prem and if it is please can a mod move it?

 

Hair and shoulders are a little choppy.

 

After looking at wallpaper and the rendered version i found out that the picture is like that

 

its not bad but where it goes is all a matter of opinion

umm that people can still judge if its prem or non prem

 

oh ok dont get me wrong though its good and usable

 

its almost there its just a lil choppy around the head

 

trust me its teh wallpaper the drawing is not that good to start with.

 

its a bit choppy but very usable in a sig.. ill rep if i use it
