ok so i bought a new speaker system and i want to connect my ps3 to it. the ps3 and the speaker system both have the digital optical inputs/outputs or w.e right. So i see on monoprice they sell these optical toslink cables and i was just wondering if they connect into the digital optical ports. thanks =)

They are the same thing bro, but if your receiver has HDMI switching then I'd suggest using that instead.

Much more expensive cable though, but it's losless audio.
