Is It Consider Layer Rippingi

if i buy a tag for FR, and i like the stock inside but cant find it is that layer rippin ?

It shouldn't be no, he didn't create the stock/manipulate it in any way (Except maybe a resize), so it shouldn't matter at all.

If the person who made the sig made the stock or manipulated it in someway then I believe that would be considered layer ripping.

Well it IS layer ripping as you take a layer from a psd you didn't made. But as it's just a stock, I think it should be allowed.

Taking renders/stocks from sigs isn't layer ripping.. I dunno why people say "don't use the render or stock" when they didn't even make them.. Same with the c4d. :\

I was referring to the people who don't make their own c4ds in the sig, but have that rule,lol.
