Is Ff Really Better?

    Is FF really better than IE. What are some advantages of both and disadvantages? I'm thinking about switching to FF, but not just sure.

    FF has better security, its not intergrated into windows.

    everything compared to IE6
    customizeability is enhanced compared to IE7 and it's more efficient

    Its got tabbed browsing, More secure, and much more customizable, and if you want to switch form IE I'd also look at Opera

    Just the tabbing is enough to use FF.

    FF is good but I rely on Opera. I think they are both really good tho. Just, Opera better.

    basically what has been said above, customizibility, download manager tends to download from sites faster (i know that sounds weird, but its proven true for me), its easily skinnable, its secure, has tabbed browsing and tabbed bookmarking...

    and they are coming out with a new version soon enough after the new IE is released outside of the beta (which is currently a mimic of firefox, who we all know will get credit for tabbing... which FF and Opera have had for ages...

    lol omg this is a no brainer.

    Firefox has tabs wich means you can have several pages open in a single window. It also has themes so the internet looks the way you want it to. And all of the extras are good too. It loads stuff way faster. And the extensions are good my favorite is 1337 key.

    ya ff i find is faster and is even more faster with the ff hack on it

    even i used to call it FF, until i looked in the FAQ and found out it is Fx, not FF...

    well if uve tried the BETA of IE 7.0 you'll know its gonna be basically the exact same so if your a fan of i.e which i am because FX dosnt display everything and some codes correctly im just waiting for the full version of ie 7 to come :)

    The tabbing and the downloads for FF is awesome, but also I'm waiting for Vista to come out for IE7
