    All i can see you did is a bit of radial blur and soft edged brushing. Not very good imo.

    and don't forget the lightning filter, damn man there are enough tuts around here good read them first :)*got the same advice with my earlier tags*

    top one is preety cool i like it but i think u could add more blue to it and it would look alot better, also sharpen the guy jus a tiny lil more.
