Irc Not Fair

ok in irc u can argue with evryone and what not so i was arguing then me and a mod were joking then i get kicked, then come back and made my name like, <hollaownzzarox> kick. then someone makes there <iownholla>
nothjgin happens. i make mine <hollaownzbftp> o im banned now. so in otherwards there is a huge double standard? cause i cant do anything but everyone else can. thats really fair. and BFTP is this persno and zarox

C:Holla had contacted both girly and I asking for a explanation. Since hes so innoncent, i've gone through my IRC logs in order to better help paint a picture of how he acted last night and why he is now suspended from IRC AND GameRenders, again.

All of this is not counting the 100% warning level on his old name, or the complaints/-reps he has given out.

Spamming IRC, rule broken #1.

As i've said countless times, IRC is still PART OF GameRenders. It holds the names, and it also follows the same rules GR enforces. Though we do try to be alittle laid back then the forum, we still have to be tough when incidents like this arise.

We can classify that as 'no respect' for IRC room, or GameRenders in general.

I am american and also 'redneck' in terms of where i was raised. Not only is insulting Palgie, but hes insulting myself. Also expresses an anger with gay people, which we happen to have one as a staff member.

He must be jealous of Palgie, he sure does seem to mention him alot.

1st warning by me, not counting warnings by DS or SwAT.

How old is he...?

Personal attacks, and attacking staff members. Which is clearly stated in the IRC rules that you can not use a staff member/regular members name in your IRC nickname intially or not.


When asked about it, his main excuses were: Staff is corrupt, and 'others were doing it.'

Broken indeed also did some of it, and he got his first warning as well, in which he then changed his name back to BrokenNL, and all was good.


If anyone other then Sean fills this is unfair, they make take it up with Adminstrators or PM privately.

I recall warning holla several times for things such as his excessive use of caps and swearing. I think BFTP was completely justifired in banning him, i would have done it myself if i was there at the time.

holla has had 10 chances alone on this account (10 warnings), and he has had another account banned.

seriously, hes more problematic than anything.

That sort of behavior would have gotten anyone banned. I would have banned him myself if I was there.

As a side note, kirbir to my knowledge hasnt been in the irc for months now, as I have not seen her in there, so I highly doubt shes banned.

i didnt read it all but im surprised Hollas still at the site anyway b4 this, wenever ive seen holla in the IRC room hes being disrespectful to other members including me, but being disrespectful to palgie, thats outta order, slap his legs and boot him off the site
