    Shoe-throwing is actually considered a really big insult.

    Also, I knew someone was going to start editting the shoe into something else.

    Yea i seen this last week, major lol. Just where were the body gaurds at this point lol? lucky they wer'nt shoe bombs lmao.

    Even the late night comics all poked fun at the event, such as jay leno, connen and david letterman.

    He should have thrown a knife at him. Or a grenade. Bush has done nothin but cause sorrow for everyone.

    Plus, I want to know why no one has said...

    And the fact that with all the secret service there he managed to
    a ) Throw the shoe in the first place
    B ) Take off his second shoe and go for another shot.

    We learnt from this that the secret service arn't all they're cracked up to be AND that George Bush is actually pretty quick lol.

    The President actually reacted pretty gracefully instead of sicking the sniper squad on him. He took it in good spirits, which is about all he can do at this point.

    I don't think he knew what was going on enough to actually be insulted or concerned about it :lol: (seriously, how many of us, before this, knew that throwing a shoe at someone was some horrific insult?)

    I'm glad it's not an insult here... it's very fun to throw shoes at my friends.
