    ok guys, ill help you out here. it took me awhile, but a found an outdated version of iAgent, now you have to pay for them, but this version is expirered. its hosted off my local webserver (couldnt find the old link), so its gonna be slow, but just bare with it.

    the song names still come up as 4 random letters though.. ;(

    well w/e. i think its impossible to get it with its original name. the ipod some how sorts everything out, dunno how, and gives it random names. you have see some of the names it gives if you can see your ipod drive from My Computer -- thingy. i dunno, maybe there is a program that makes the name back to normal. not really a big issue with ppl with extra storage drives for this type of stuff ;)

    oh ok nvm then. do you know where the videos are stored/how to get them off?
    that program doesnt do it :(

    i dont feel like searching the topic, but could you see your iPod under like H:\iPod\ or something? like if you went to My Computer, could you see it? if so, just go to like H:\Ipod\Controls\Music\ and then search the folders for the biggest one, and it is probably in there.
