Yeah PSP would definately be better than an ipod video. The screen is bigger, it's cheaper, and there's more to do than just watch videos.

if you're trying to get an ipod video with the intention of watching videos on it when you already have a PSP then..dont. PSP is much better for watching videos because of a bigger screen and longer battery life for watching videos i think. However I notice that ipod video can store a lot more than the PSP.

    I think it's a waste personally.

I got the 20 gig original for music. And I love it. I don't need video's on it. Music's all I need.

I think it's worth it, really good looking movies, and obviously the fact that it plays music. I have the 30gb iPod Video, I love it.

If you rode a bus for 3 hrs each day I'd say get PSP, it's cheaper anyway.

    As do I.

And to things said before the two files able to be put on the iPod (as far as videos) are mp4 and mov.

Yep, I have the 60GB and I can watch my videos for like 3 and a half hours (music videos). If you watch TV shows or movies, it will be at 3 or 2 and a half hours. The battery life sucks, but it's cool to watch anything on your iPod. I say it's worth. :D

Honestly, yes, I think it's worth it. I have a 40 gig iPod, and there have been many times where I wish it had video. If I didn't have my iPod, I would get a video one.

I agree with you about the PSP. But to watch videos, you have to buy more Memory Sticks and/or buy movies in UMD. That's a waste of money because, personally, you're buying the same movies that you own. Also, spending $100 or more on memory sticks is a hassle. I rather watch my videos on my iPod since it carries a 60GB and I can transfer my DVDs to there.
