Oh, dont get me wrong, I have an iPod and love it. But having switched from being a creative user I found certain features I had grown accustomed to were not on the iPod. I had the original creative zen (the big one) and it still functions, except for the whole headphone jack issue. Have a Zen micro as well, same problem. I'm waiting to see if it happens to my iPod too.
Yeah, now that I have the Zune, and the style is nearly completly customizable, I don't see any reason why Apple doesn't include features to have a custom skinset.
