    im planning to get an ipod , and i need some info from someone who already has one..
    like can i take my cd's and put the songs in the ipod, and can i dl music from p2p programs and put em in my ipod , or do i have to use that itunes crap??

    you dont have to use i tunes - you can use any mp3s taht you have taken off your CDs or p2p

    You have to use iTunes to put the songs that you either got from P2P or CD's onto your iPod.

    only problem is that with an ipod u cant move a song from ure ipod to ure comp, without this program.

    Forget all about iPods, get a Creative Zen Touch.

    They are twice as good and don't die after 200 charges. I got mine from www.ebuyer.co.uk . the american store is www.ebuyer.com . This site has amazing discouts on mass storage mp3 players and jsut about any kind of computer related stuff you can find.

    Zen > iPod

    A 20gb touch Zen costs about £200 in the shops I got mine off ebuyer for £156.
