Ok, I followed the directions in the "howto," uploaded all the stuff it said to, but when I try to edit my store via the Admin panel, It just brings up another admin control panel...

    Here's a screenshot.

Put your mouse over the link and see if it links to the same page as you are on, if it is then contact the support and tell them about the problem if not, try with firefox if you have it instaled.

Wtf? That makes no sense, so shush.

I suggest you make sure you uploaded the files in the proper file. It looks like your missing the source/admin/ store files, so check to see if they are there via FTP.

I have seen some sites that have made minor mistakes in the coding so wrong page is shown when you klick on a link. I just told him to see if the urls on the link and the one on the admin panel is the same. If it is then it might be a coding mistake.

It worked. I guess it didn't upload the files for some reason...

    Thanks BFTP. :)

Wouldn't matter if it was a coding mistake, you can't contact IPS to fix this mistake since they didn't create the modification.
