try Chmodding both these files to 777 (or it might just be one, but try both) mysql_admin_queries.php class_db_mysql.php
Did you add a new mod? IF so check your edits. If not was it working before and if so what did you do lately that may have caused an error? Also, what version are you running? And if it was a mod, what mod were you trying to install?
1) The install directory is set wrong. 2) You didn't uploaded the file. 3) You didn't CHMOD it right, try modding it to 777, and if that works swich it back to 666, if that doesn't work keep it on 777.
Double check that all the files were uploaded correctly, one missing file can cause havoc. Be sure to check which files needed to be CHModded to what, if in doubt, CHMod them to 777 and you will OK. Also, is it the forum in your sig? If so, looks like it is IPB 1.x not 2.0.x, just from the folders that show up.
