I'm trying to upload a skin to my IPB, but whenever I do I get this message saying it doesn't seem to be valid. Any ideas on what this is and what I should do to fix it? The file was downloaded from Invisionize, so I don't get why it gives me errors.

    hmm..Not sure..what version of IPB?

I can possibly try to install it for you, except for the ftp access stuff, I've done that much before..

    1. Is the skin compatiable with your ipb version?
    2. Have you set the permissions to 777 on the uploads and skin_cache folders?

Yes, I have set permissions to 777 on a few folders. I checked inivisionize.com and found the fix most people stated and I did what it said. Yet I still get the error.

I'm sure the skin is compatible with the IPB version (2.0.4), so I'm baffled =\.

Alright nevermind, I retraced everything I did today and figured it out. Thanks anyways guys.

BFTP isn't the only one here who knows how to work PHP coding :P I was just confused because I was doing everything right, only thing holding it up was a simple line edit I made earlier.
