Ipb Error

    I got this error when I went to my forums.


    mySQL error: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/tmp/mysql.sock' (2)
    mySQL error code:
    Date: Friday 24th of June 2005 09:56:44 PM

    Does anyone know what it means? I'd appreciate any help any of you could give me.

    Your mysql server was/is down.

    Reading the error should of told you that.
