When you guys are blockeduating, are you more interested in the signature aspect or LP's? Why does it block e.val?
Currently we are focusing on finding signature people (about 3-5 more), but varying on your specialty we are looking for 3D people (C3D, C4D, 3DS Max 5, Maya, Bryce, Terragen, Poser, etc.). Also, it blocks e.valuation because we do not support ratings here at GR. It really varies based on what we need in the crew at the time as to which we put at a higher value. Sorry it is taking a long time to get back to all of you about your applications. It is getting harder to contact each member of the team consulting the applicants as Christmas draws nearer. I will try to have a reply for all current applications later today.
As Dem mentioned, we are discussing the results of the applications and we apologize that it has taken so long. Holidays is a hectic time for everyone. Should have results soon.

Great people in this crew, I will be applying. Luckily, I can just post some C4D for the LPs, right? I don't work that much on those. Time for sleep now, so I'll be doing the applying tomorrow. ^_^
You can post C4D, yes, but the C4D, if it has no post-work in PS, will need to be very good work to get you in on LPs (currently we are a little more focused on the signature aspect, however). Looking forward to your application.
