There isn't an error message, it just says not responding in the corner. Then when you tell it to exit, a thing that says end now or canel comes up. if you click end now, a thing where you can send an error report comes up. If you leave it to sort itself out it takes about 5-10 mins. I don't like to waste that sort of time.

I know how everyone says that Firefox is so sweet, but I personally hate it. I don't like how it doesn't show the page until everything is loaded. I personally like it to load bit by bit.. even though I am on a super duper pooper fast cable connection

What I think Seed is saying guys is that he uses the Mozilla Suite. Not firefox. It isn't too bad but i prefer Firefox anyday.

Have you scanned your computer for trojans? Alot of trojans nowadays are using injection technique which means the trojan server itself can be injected into iexplore.exe to hide itself from detection by a firewall. Whenever a trojan is injected into iexplore, the server itself might cause problems. Now I don't know if this is your case, but you might want to scan your machine to see if you might be infected by either a trojan or some sort of spyware.

I scan my computer fir spyware every week, and run 2 virus scanners every 1-2 weeks. I also have 3 firewalls, i think i'm quite safe.

umm...you can chage that in the settings so that it starts loading right away. But if your on a cable connection you just adjust the number of max connections to a higher number and everything loads instantly.

as far as your IE problem...I say forget it and never look back, I haven't used ie in years and theres no reason to. I don't even know how eople live without tabbed browsing or built in ad + pop up blocking.
