Why are like 90% of the wallpapers for anime like dbz so much better quality than just plain pictures?
they a drawn like cartoon caracters and scanned on a computer, and they dont have lights messing it up and changing the way it looks they look diffrent because they are drawn and actual picture have diffrent light setting which makes the quality worse, also they have alot more details because the yare actualy real and all the little thing thats anime dosent have said the same thing in both but o well
I see....I mean, I can make a picture thats atleast 600x600 into a bigger and probably better quality, but I mean, those low ass quality things...errr.
