When ever I try to open skype everything is normal until I try to access my buddy list. I see it in the taskbar, but I can not open the window. To my knowledge this is the only program it is happening to, but I can not be sure. (I did a Anti-Virus Scan (AVG) and Spyware Scan (Ad-Aware) and foundn a few things, still no dice)
Hmmmm....have you tried reinstalling Skype? Something may have gotten corrupted in your installation.
