Ummm wouldnt you copy the file of the skin you downloaded eg.(C:\junk\Nuke\...etc which might have other files in it such as .tpl and some others? Copy that in your Templates folder .. then you just go to your admin panel, click on the link where the skins are kept, and should have an install link somewhere to that template? Hope im right, cuz i use PHP aswell but not sure if they are alike
