Well i found a MGS4 Tech demo on google video, quite interesting http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-4...2&q=PS3&pl=true
i probably won't buy either i don't really see the point most of the games i like are not on ether of the systems, i might get one of them, but im gonna get a revolution, maybe an Xbox360 if its gonna be cheaper i mean $2000 is a ridiculus amount of money for a gaming system. but may i just say REVOLUTION ROCKS!! lol
The graphics look amazing and the way you can stop and move around the model smoothly is great too. Good old PC for me though still.
Hopefully Sony will be kind (and intelligent) and keep the online play free to all users. If they can do that but make it have options like in Xbox Live its a guranteed win for Sony.
1 out of 8 cores is constantly reserved for the OS, wich will provide live voice and video chat as well as custom playlists and such in all games, just like Xbox. And since they still plan on keeping their online service free...
Sony would lose quite alot of money i would have though if they made online play free. But thats thats true then good for everyone with a PS3
I don't see why everyone in here is making such a big deal about a video... Really, we don't know if the parts in the video are just cinematics added (such as what we saw of Killzone) or if they are actual gameplay shots. Anyways, what do you guys think is more important. Do you prefer graphics, storyline, or gameplay? I personally prefer gameplay over graphics and storyline, but you can't tell how the gameplay will be from a video, and you can rarely tell the storyline by a video, and those are the two most common important factors in games for hardcore gamers. I bought an XBox360 a couple weeks ago, because of Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. The game is absolutely amazing. I wasn't really planning on getting a 360 either, but I decided to buy one for that game, Ninety Nine Knights, and the successful online system the most though. Sure, most of the games out for the 360 suck right now, but they will get better undoubtedly.
