Just wanted to ask why the SM is so inactive now,when i joined i was hoping to be a part of a great crew an,active crew full of GR's best artists and i gotta say its not the SM i know and love,we are now starting to lose some of our most talented members too due to this inactivity,i know i havent been a part of the crew very long but sometimes we all need a reality check.I feel i want to progress and i also felt this was the crew to help me do that,is it just me with this opinion?personally i dont think so which is why we are now losing members.I feel its time to either kick this crew back into the best crew on the forum once again or move on myself.
I agree with you 100% and I feel that we need some fresh blood within the crew alot of great artist have applied, but with RX busy it is kinda hurting us in the long run and I think virt as co-leader should be able to step in when RX is away and do all that RX does. And also alot of it is due to the lack of interest in GR too many people have left and went to PR and other places like that and no offense to dem because im sure he reads alot of these it is because how things are handled on the forum. And a Big problem is all the flaming in the irc by dem, majin and almost all of MITM, and I am friends with several of the MITM and they kinda agree that alot of the flaming should not go on. Then of course there is all the ---- that goes on in the last word and spam forum that draws alot of people away.. Then there is the fact and I know dem will deny this but he is corrupt and here is a perfect example I was in the irc some AG guys started ---- with me and asked dem to ban me from the irc so of course I get banned on the irc for 20 min and then when I comeback they start flaming me again.. This is what is hurting GR in the long run there is no order on the forum we have rule they get broken every day and when dem or another admin should step in they don't! And that gives the impression that members can do what ever they want on the forum no matter what it is that they are doing. Now back on to the other part Drav you never answered my one pm about where you wanted me to send those Father of God lp's to, I seen you on msn a few days back but your status was set to busy so I did not want to bother you. But yes SM and GR needs a jump start to get there E-hearts beating again.
Yea but there is times when you have been gone for serveral days and weeks, and with you having school and soon going to basic training you wont have that much time to be on the forum. And if virt had the power as co-leader to accept apps it wold take alot of stress from you and bring fresh blood into SM.
only reasons that i haven't been active are these; a) my internet playing up a lot, hoping to change it soon. it runs so slow it takes at least 5 minutes to load any forum. B) lack of interest in gfx for that period of time, came back to it now and not much is going on. no sites to post on other than here and pr very rarely, gets boring and old fast. c) nobody else is posting in here when i check, so kinda hard to reply to anything when that is the case. but yeah, hopefully we don't die. been in this crew for nearly 2 years now?
School and sports are taking up my of my time right now and im barely getting any sleep thats why ive been inactive. I would be more active if gr wasnt blocked in my school
well i don't think it's just SM dying...really GR is dying...I remember when I had started getting into LP's over a year ago......this place had soo much activity...the auctions and offers and requests had topics that would get onto the 2nd page within a few hours because of all the posting and bidding....idk wth happened with this idiot dem....but if someone was in charge before...they were doing a hell of a better job
Ok guys after a long think i have decided to leave SM,this is solely due to the activity of the crew i am sorry but i just feel SM is not active enough for me to proceed and Learn,i would like to thank you all for accepting me into the crew in the first place it means a lot to know that great artists like yourselves accepted me into this crew.I hope SM does become the crew it once was and become an active crew once more it would be great for both GR and SM.
