And plus some of these mods might have it set to so they're invisible and they're not on the Online List. They may not post but they might still be looking after the forum.

there isnt really anthing wrong the mods are doing a GREAT job. its just that there are some problems only an admin can solve and i think shaggy should promote an active global moderater to an admin. Though, i understand that its not really safe because things can happen and the person can screw the forum over badly.

i would have to agree but some mods u forgot to say like logic is pretty active on here ..

shaggy respond to my help pm the very next day (2 weeks ago)

but i think there should be new staff due to the fact that most of the mods are not active

    thats my opinion

You can't expect the mods to be on 24/7, they have lives also. They're all active as needed, the forum is dealt with quite quickly, threads are closed if they are inappropriate, members are banned for scamming/wrong-doing, IMO, the staff does a pretty kickass job.

Not to mention the time has come.. School, College.. A lot of signing up for testing, class picking, etc.. GameRenders is going perfectly fine and steadily. Though I agree, it is on a low right now. I say another month or so and it'll be rolling. Just as soon as Shaggy gets back.

I am not inactive. I am generally on everyday, most of the day. I dont post alot, cause I am looking around taking care of things behind the scenes.

I am generally also at work, so just cause I dont reply right away, doesnt mean I wont reply. I get the PM and usually respond rather quickly.

As for your list, are there things that are not getting done that brings this out? I understand the AM Contro, IP ban issue, but what other events make someone make a thread claiming staff members are not active when they are?

    You sire, are an idiot.

Yah, Dave should be removed as Adminstrator - and the staff groups Render Moderator, Tutorial guru, and IRC Moderator are being removed because of inactive and not needed.

All the mods you colored yellow are actually around a lot. And like Andrew said before, some members might post more than some mods but they do a lot of behind-the-scenes work responding to PM's, and dealing with abuse.

Some mods should be kicked and active members should be promoted? Like who?

I don't see any problems with our mods, everything that needs to get done, does get done. IMHO, We're fine how we are.

Shaggy - He was only active a couple of days after he bought GR, after that, i never saw him on, never responds pm's etc. <- He handles stuff the best he can he as a lot to worry about but gets to it in time.
Llamaman - Inactive <- He did sell the site
    BiG_Dave - Inactive <- He left.
    GR Bot - n/a

4nub1s - Inactive <- Inactive due to no internet.
    BFTP - Active <- Agreed.
Blackfuse - Inactive <- He is around, he posts in staff.
G72 - Quite Inactive <- He was inactive until he took a break and worried about his real life.
Gurly - Not really active <- I see her pretty often in IRC and she posts in staff as well.
HydrogeN - Not really active, but active enough <- I'd consider him pretty active.
LoGiCaLyImPaIrEd - Not really active, but active enough <- Quite active, I see her in IRC all the time.
    Renagade - Active <- Agreed.
    SwAT - Active <- :)

    Sectional Mods
    DraveN - Pretty Active
Marforce - Not really active, but active enough <- Doesn't post a lot but is always looking around the forums and watching IRC.
Red Alert - Not really active but active enough <- He's active and is on IRC daily.

    Irc Mods

Darkstar is on vacation and will be back in a couple weeks, although zarox is around only a once in a while.

    Tutorial Guru's

skandalouz - Really inactive <- Agreed.
LFT keeper - Inactive <- Agreed.
    PTReview - N/A

I don't think that the IRC mods and tutorial guru's and render mods need to be dropped, I just think that we should give a couple people a chance to try out the positions.
