Let the record show I did not post a single time in that petition, I wouldn't have wasted my time.

 

if someone is legitimately banned, it's a 3 month probation period pretty much all the time as far as I know.

and since he scammed people... well there you go. scammers don't get much slack, especially when it's happened on multiple occasions, not an accidental - oops forgot to send it, sorry here you go - the spammers and idiots get a fair bit more leniency since no one was harmed.(see majin)
