Here's a good list on how to pick a good Password:


1) Don’t use your login name.


2) Don’t use the name of anyone or anything.


3) Don’t use any English, or foreign language, word or abbreviation.


4) Do not use Social Security numbers,1st name,last,company names nothing personal

5) Don’t use keyboard sequences, e.g., qwerty.


6) do not use only numbered password


7) never ever use a sentance or word used in a computer book

8) Use lowercase/uppercase and a mix password

9) Use atleast 6 letters/numbers

well some people put as there PW : john and then they put in there profile My Name is John a random guy tries thata nd bam a new account lol.. this is like the impossiable password cracker

 

and here I was just using a random number generator and changing once every few weeks... damn...
