lower bodyfat... you're at about 13% bodyfat(cutaneous) give or take, to see your abs well you need to be under 11% and to strengthed/enlarge your abs, get free-weights and do crunches go to failure. if you have enough weight you should only be able to do 20-25ish again though go to failure, if you are capabel of doing another rep keep going. Don't ---- with crunches without weight as you'll end up working far too hard and will end up with "chick abs" small lean abs as opposed to somewhat large and muscular abs.
