I would suggest PSLover.com for tutorials, but there are a ton of tutorial sites. Creds are acquired through posts in forums where credit gain is enabled (If credit gain is not enabled, it will be noted in the forum title) or if someone gives you some en route of a transaction, such as you selling them a sig.
best tutorial is learnign it yourself and messing around. you earn creds by posting and selling stuff or by helping others out.
