well you know how usually which ever brush you have selected is how the suror looks? well when ever i select a brush it just looks the same as when you have the 1 px brush selected. its just a little crossheir. i know i didnt explain it welll so if no one understands what im saying ill make a movie of it cause its a ahrd thing to explain. and im sure its something really easy to change... at least i hope it is
I know exactly what ur talking about cuz it happens to me too but I don't know how to fix it. Whenever it happens to me, a little while later, I dunno exactly what I do, but it goes back to normal.
That generally means that the brush is really big or really small. First check the size of the brush and maybe try making the brush smaller if it is big or bigger if it is small/

No it doesnt mean its to small or to big, I had the same problem a few days ago, I hit some combination of keys on acsident and it happened, I just rebooted, like it said above and it wa back to normal
