I don't like either of them, because the render doesn't blend with the background, and it doesn't look right with anything in the v1. v2 is too dull, try adding a gradient over the whole thing, it gives a great feel to the tag.
alright thanks for your opinions, would blurring the edges of the render help that? or bringing more of the c4d over him? im always looking for things to improve my work
try blurring the background, and do Image>Adjustments>Desaturate and make your own gradient on it. Because I can tell that it is a forest. Also if you want, you can put a layer on top of the tag and put in a drop shadow. and make your Fill Layer to 0% if you want to do that.
