People view weed as being bad because it impairs your judgement. It's like being drunk/tipsy no matter how you try to spin it. Impaired judgement makes normally safe situations potentially dangerous, which can lead to deaths. You may not be able to overdose on weed, but you can cause injury or death by your actions while high. Saying the gov't only wants you tog et high off of drugs made in the USA so they can profit off the taxes doesn't make sense to me. Sure, I get your point that they want to make money and profit, blah blah blah same argument with many other things. But to go as far as saying they don't care if you die on a "domestic" drug is just a pointless accusation with absolutely no backing outside of speculation. Weed wasn't invented, it's grown and harvested like any other plant. It can be grown just about anywhere, and it wouldn't suprise me if up to 30% of the weed you'll find in the US was grown within our borders. Rough estimate, but my point is still made. If you want to throw an accusation like this, try getting some sort of backing for it please. I'm sure the government has had many cover-ups and scandals behind the scenes, but something like this is just outrageous to throw around like you are.
