I Was Attacked By A Virus

    As you can see, I got that warning, but how do I know where it came from?
    I was currently browsing bball-world.net, and puzo.org. I also had BitComet on. The point is, how do I know where it came from?

    that number you've been given is an IP address, which is like a link directly back to whatever PC that viras came from...

    e-mail microsoft maybe? as long as it didn't get in, i dont really think theres that much to worry about

    as long as it is deleted, i wouldnt care. It can come from unkown sites that you dont even have open...

    It was a false IP. I imagine whatever sent the message is the virus itself. Find out what sent you that message...That would be your best bet.

    kapersky is a legitimate program, so ehh...


    most of the time, this is fake though but it doesn't look like it in this case.

    also, this doesn't necessarily look like a virus per se.
