As you can see, when I apply a theme, the Start Menu doesn't change its appearance with the rest of the windows. The active window title bar changes appearance, but the Start Menu does not change its appearance at all. I really could use some help guys, this has been like this for months, and it is really getting on my nerves.

Ah yes. But still, try out Windows Blinds, you have to pay if not it's a30-day trial. All the best.

I have Windows XP, thus the rounded edges on the windows. I hate WindowsBlinds, the problem started after windowsblinds...

Right click on your taskbar > go to properties > start menu tab > select "Start menu", not "classic start menu". That should fix it.

You can right click and change the custom setting through your desktop.

Either reinstall windowblinds, use an older verion of it, or use the uxtheme.dll method of skinning.

In WindowBlinds (if still installed) apply Windows XP theme or apply the classic and apply the Windows XP theme in Desktop --> Preferences
