I Need Help Coding A Template

Hello, I'm new to coding templates and have ABSOLUTELY no knowledge in it :tongue:
My question to you guys is: Is it hard to code a simple template if not could some please stroke over his heart and code it for me :unsure:
If it is to hard could someone explain how i can code it and what programs it takes to code it.

Here's the layout, I know it's pretty simple and has alot of flaws.
But it's just for a little website to sell some clothes and parfum.

 

I think you would be better of using a WYSIWYG editor. Coding in (x)html/css isn't hard if you know the code. BAscially you can use notepad to design up the whole site. You would however definitely need a image editor to cut out some of the images. I would code it for you but just dont have time.
