in the future... the 7300 makes a better card for media centers than it does for gaming though. There's also the fact he said his computer was several years old. PCI-e didn't even exist. in the end it does not matter though since he has neither AGP nor PCI-e and is incapable of using a somewhat recent card. the most powerful card you could get would be either the GeForce 5500 or the radeon 9250 take a look around, unless youg et a new motherboard, that's all you can take. I personally owned a radeon 9250 and it plays most newer games on low. I have not owned a 5500 and canno say this for sure, but I think it may outperform the 9250.
