I Need A Banner For My Big Forum.[req]

My website, www.sythe.org (Don't consider this advertising, it's not a graphics website), has recently changed over to vBulletin. Now we need a new banner. As you can see, our current banner is total crap. We are currently holding a contest in our graphics section, but almost everyone there is a total newb at graphics.

If someone from here can make a suitable banner, I'd really appreciate it. I'll give you -rep and whatever credits I have, and maybe like 2.00 on paypal?

Here's a link to the contest, but feel free to just post them here if you have an entry. Don't feel obliged to register ( we already have 11,000 inactive members..)
