I don't think you can sell Steam accounts for cash. I believe it's against their TOS.

$10 is more then A domain costs. Domains are like 7-8 dollars. Buy me a .net and $10 is yours

 

i can get you great hosting if you want.... but it seems like thats not what your looking for.
