    He thought he had full rights on it.

    It's a stupid fault from him; and i think its pretty sucky to take layers from a sig (even if he has full rights on it) but its not ripping imo

    he used a part of hollas sig, so part of that sig is hollas, id say thats ripping :blink:

    First of all,

    Way to follow procedure when reporting a ripper. Instead of PMing a online moderator(notice i said 'PM', Holla) and reporting the rip like every other good boy does(following the 'Report a Ripper' thread in Latest News), you ignored that. You also ignored rules posted in Marketplace regarding doing transactions for GameRender credits, rules which you were trying just a few weeks ago for me to change 'just for you.'

    He bought a signature from you, you did not specifically say what he could use the signature for. Its the sellers fault for not specifically saying what rights are available. Such mistakes happen and yelling 'ripper' does not solve issues. Your attitude and post in this thread reflect my decision on the matter:

    Baller didn't rip, but he does owe you 100 credits and should not sell or give out the PSD in anyway.
