Now I don't really want to get into this, but using anything from a psd that you bought is ripping. If you were not sure if it was for learning rights, you should have asked. But when it all comes crashing down, you used something from the psd with no confirmation of permission. You are a ripper.

I went through baller's recent posts, and i didnt see a thread where he claims is as his own. I could have missed it, i checked pretty quick... But anywho.

I hate rippers, you can ask luciferknight about my STRONG hatred of rippers. I disagree with Baller taking parts of the psd and not giving credit, but again, you didnt give him full details of what he was purchasing. I agree its wrong, but on both parts, so no ban should be in order.

Although ISDes may not have sad what the usage restrictions on the psd were, that doesnt give baller the rights to do what he want with it. If he didnt know, he should have asked. He did, and used the parts of it without permission from ISDes. That what defines a rip.
