    maybe because we were friends. i trusted him. we were both in agreement sinec we were buds and then he starts lying to me.

    whats so great about baller anyways a long ways back he came here and posted a battle and he emded up losing the battle as far as i know and got pissed off and called EVERY ONE NOOBS for say oh the render dont bend oh i dont like it etc and called every one noobs and also said if ur so great how abput u got to NSL and we battle ...... thats about as much as i can rember buy any ways baller did rip u man and he did scam like 20 or so people out of 25 credits for his fan club which was gay and i lost 25 credits

    and for the people standing up for baller all i got to ask is " so how much is he paying ya "

    Clearly from the position of this thread, the 'rip' in question is not yet resolved, so you cant say he ripped. And in my opinion, he didnt, and this thread isnt looking in a positive direction towards you.

    Suggestion:
    Be more mature, you might get a better response.

    Some nub did this to MTool once - ripped a layer form a PSD.
    If you gonna rip a layer from a PSD, thats worth a ban.

    Hola didnt say full rights, so its not full rights, which means you cant rip a layer from it.

    And you selling stott's style? lawl - Illl buy the tut. to see, I have stott's orig to check.

    First of all, Hola didn't say ANYTHING, he gave him the .psd THROUGH aim and isn't there a rule like... any transactions made via chat program will not be 'scam proofed' or something along those lines?

    So? Rippin is rippin - regardless where he got the PSD, if you go and rip a layer from it and use it as your own thats still a rip.

    Everyone is talking about the rights crap. even i know when you hand someone a psd its just to learn from don't bring in any rights bs. I understand most of the people(not all) think ripping is ripping the exact sig and just taking the name off. He clearly stole parts of the sig and said so .so yes its a rip.

    And when you buy full rights you are not allowed to take it and say it is yours. When he took the layers and posted it saying he made it he officialy ripped it...

    not to pic sides just stating what i see from the proof
