Baller I honestly used to think that you were a cool guy. But first this, then you start selling a technique that you learned from two PSDs I gave you and then showed you the technique?

When selling things always put up a detail description. This is how/why people get jacked on ebay.

Selling screenshots for thousands of dollars, and it's not against the law cause YOU can't read.

 

You know, I can't speak for everybody else who is standing up for Baller but for me, I'm not defending him because he has high rep and a lot of credits. That's the dumbest reason to stand up for somebody. I'm standing up for him because I respect him and the work that he does. There's nothing to gain from sucking up to somebody on an internet forum, it's just a matter of simple principles and beliefs. This incident doesn't do much justice to Baller's reputation as a GFX artist but it's not like ISDes isn't at fault here either.

Dude, you never told him what the rights were when you sold him that sig. Granted I don't know why he would want to use a piece of somebody else's work in his stuff but he made an assumption and now ur complaining about it. Either way, both of you are at fault but you can't call this a rip. And show me when he ever said that he paid you because I can't find it. He's said at least 3 times to refer to the thread a little ways down about him not being able to send creds.

lmao, ur calling all of us "nub's" when u don't even tell us half of this stuff? How are we supposed to know where these things took place, read your mind? First of all, you should state these things from the beginning and second of all you need to show proof of this otherwise it's just your word against his.

 

1) if he didnt pay, why did you send the file?
2) still not recieving any pay, why didnt you(THE ONE WHO HAS STUFF TO LOSE OUT OF THE DEAL), go around contacting people?
3) why didnt you, the SELLER, make a complete understanding of wat was being 'sold'.

You dont label a bottle of shampoo "stuff" and expect people to know, and odd comparison, but same follows for a sig...
